ซีรีส์จากคอมิคชื่อเรื่อง American Jesus ของมาร์ค มิลล่าร์ คนเขียน Kick-ass นั่นเอง ซึ่งนี่คือจุดขายหลัก โดยร่วมงานกับ Netflix ก่อนนี้คือ Jupiter’s Legacy ซีรีส์แนวซูเปอร์ฮีโร่ที่เตรียมทำยาว แต่ก็โดนแคนเซิลไปหลังจบซีซั่นแรกในเวลาอันสั้น เนื่องจากผลตอบรับหลายๆ ด้านไม่ดี แม้เนื้อเรื่องจะดีก็ตาม ซึ่งมาคราวนี้ก็สอบผ่านฉลุยในซีรีส์ที่สั้นเพียง 6 ตอนเท่านั้น แต่ก็อาจจะมีปัญหาเกิดขึ้นไ้ด้เพราะนี่เป็นซีรีส์ที่ดัดแปลงจากเรื่องที่เกิดในอเมริกาไปเป็นเม็กซิโก ซึ่งนักแสดงจะพูดสเปนทั้งหมด

ทำให้ผู้ชมภาษาอังกฤษ ดูซีรีย์ The Chosen One (2023) เป็นหลักมักจะมองข้ามซีรีส์ประเภทนี้ไปด้วย

คนดูไม่รู้อะไรเลยเกี่ยวกับรายละเอียดของเรื่องแม้แต่นิดเดียว แต่ผู้กำกับและคนเขียนบท รวมของทีมงาน และนักแสดงทุกๆคนก็สร้างบรรยากาศร่วมให้คนรู้สึกอินไปด้วยว่ามันมีอะไรพิเศษอยู่ มีอะไรแปลกๆบางอย่างเกี่ยวกับครอบครัวที่คนเป็นสามีดูท่าทางจะเป็น abusive คนเป็นแม่นั้นจึงจำเป็นต้องกอดลูกชายที่เป็นเด็กทารกที่ร้องไห้ไม่หยุดหนีออกมาเข้าสู่เมืองเม็กซิโก ดูๆไปก็สนุกและหน้าติดตามเป็นอย่างมาก

a long-running superhero series.

But it was canceled a short time after the first season ended. Because many aspects of the response were not good, even though the story was good. This time, he passed the exam easily in a series that was only 6 episodes short

but there might be problems because this is a series that was adapted from a story that took place in America and moved to Mexico. The actors will all speak Spanish. As a result, English-language viewers tend to overlook this type of series.
