In the Paleolithic Age, six humans arrive on the shores of an unknown land in search of a better life: clan leader Adem, his pregnant friend, Ave, his brother Geirr, his 11-year-old son, Heron. ; There is also Beyah, a young homeless woman. and an old man named Odal

As they traveled the mountains in search of caves to settle. The group also encounters a mysterious creature and Heron is kidnapped in the night. The group is forced to follow Adem when he insists on chasing it into the forest.

 

They were lost in the forest and when darkness fell on Adem.

Trying to track down living things alone. He was attacked and taken back to the clan’s camp by Geirr with mortal wounds. Beyah’s mercy killed Adem and on her advice. All but Geirr ate his body to avoid starvation.

Geirr unsuccessfully attempts to lead the group through the forest. Odal believes they are being stalked by a demon. thus blamed Beyah’s menstrual cycle and attempted to

sacrifice her with Ave’s help. During the battle, Geirr lost consciousness and Beyah fled; Odal offers to replace him by stabbing Ave.

But she managed to break his ankle in the process.

When the forest receives the aurora borealis Odal then watched as the creature took over Out of Darkness (2024)  Ave’s body. As dawn broke, Beyah found Geirr and they saw the creature kill

Odal and ambushed it. They discovered that it was a female Neanderthal wearing a mask. They follow her into the mountains and find a cave where

Beyah believes Neanderthals live.

After Beyah enters the cave, she is attacked by Neanderthals. She fakes his death and seriously injures him. She walked into a cave where she discovered a harmless heron. and encounter the Neanderthal Geirr

When Beyah’s screams were heard

They found a dying Neanderthal and disposed of him. He continued on into the cave in search of Beyah. A Stone Age woman attacks Geirr and kills him. The female then terrorizes Beyah, who sets fire to the fur and escapes with the stork through a small opening in the cave.

Meanwhile, a female Neanderthal tried to escape. The stork tried to help her. But Beyah kills her with a rock instead. She says Heron the Neanderthals were the monsters that killed the group. As he said they kidnapped him to feed and protect him.
