เรื่องราวของ GOOD NIGHT WORLD (กู๊ดไนท์ เวิลด์) ไทจิโระ เด็กหนุ่มที่เอาแต่อยู่ในห้องของตัวเองและใช้เวลาส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในโลกของเกม VR ร่วมกับสมาชิกผู้อมทุกข์ 4 คนจากครอบครัวแตกแยกไม่รู้ตัวเลยว่า ทุกคนมารวมตัวกันเป็นครอบครัวแสนสุขในโลกเสมือนจริงของเกม แต่แล้ววันหนึ่งเรื่องราวก็ได้เกิดขึ้น เมื่ออีเว้นของเกมที่ชื่อ ”นกสีดำ” ปรากฏตัวขึ้น ในส่วนที่ดินแดนในเกมนั้นถูกเรียกว่า “เนินสนธยา” ภายใต้เกมที่ชื่อ PLANET แต่แล้วเรื่องราวมันก็เลวร้ายขึ้นเมื่อ
