An international team of scientists is called to a remote location in Eastern Europe to attempt to break the quantum barrier and travel to another dimension. First there’s Sophie (Tamara Radovanovic), a psychic who’s just been expelled from her university. Brad (Edward Apiaye) is a weed-loving pharmaceutical scientist. So much is hidden. Finally, Ivanna (Ariadna Cabrol), an Argentinian physicist, turns to a wild and reckless lifestyle.

 

Cerno brought this team of scientists together because he believed their different backgrounds would work together perfectly to put together the final pieces of the gateway to the quantum realm. But just like Luke Each team member has a dark past from which they are fleeing. And opening that door will bring them back to prominence in the scientific world once again. Suffice it to say that Just like any other fantasy/horror. Finally our team will open the door. And each character is forced to face their own dark past if they hope to escape.

Of course, our alliance with our heroes changes constantly from beginning to end. The spiritual side of the story comes from the presence of the demi-god Barada (Robert Englund). The Quantum Devil What I love about the film is the world-building that is bigger than our protagonist, Dr. Richard. Cernovich is Mr. Roark from Fantasy Island. It includes a diminutive friend in Klatu (Mehmet Serrahouglu) and a pair of geishas. He becomes a reluctant messenger between kingdoms at Barada’s orders.

 

When the world is stable Filmmaker Carrell has transitioned from sci-fi fantasy to full-on horror. As secrets are revealed, the “dream” becomes sexual before turning to physical horror via a Nightmare on Elm Street twist in the middle of the narrative. Surprisingly, Englund, as Barada, is master. The Quantum Devil Over the head of this kingdom I love the creativity that Carrell brings to this world. And he has an ending that I never expected about someone who’s made it that far. Quantum Devil has a lot of creepy fun to it. It’s like a B-movie and the cheese is awesome.
